Come house hunting with me!

This is going to be a very long, very picture heavy post. So- I thought I'd start you out with a cute picture of Gilbey in the car when we were heading out to meet John, our real estate agent.

House #2 (House #1 was in a prior post)
Nice, big kitchen
Open Living Room
Nice stream- 10 feet from the house, with a ten foot drop!

House #3
Nice, wood floors, big living room
Weird room layouts
Lovely kitchen with metal cabinets
Unusable garage- fully open to rest of basement and house

House #4
Small living room
4th bedroom used as dining room- no room in kitchen for family sized table
Decent size yard
Property line is the house next door

House #5
Nice, new kitchen
Weird room layouts
Nice ceiling, wooden painted windows, peeling wall paper
Inside of a closet- do you see the peeling paint on the door- most definitely lead through out the house- need to replace all interior doors and windows.

House #6
Big, eat in kitchen
Big Living Room
Bedroom
Bedroom
House had painted windows through out. Some rotten outer sills.

House #7 (I forgot to take a pic from outside- very busy road)
This shows a nearly complete 3 season room.
Dining Room
Living Room
Bedroom #1
Bedroom #2
And you have to walk through bedroom #3 to get from the kitchen to the 3 season room.

House #8
Upstairs bedroom
Double parlor
Kitchen- can you see the peaks and valleys? Floor was definitely not level.

House #9- one of our 2 tops picks (house next to mom's being #1) This house is in Scituate, which would necessitate me quiting my job- not a good thing to do when buying a house! I also forgot to take a pic of the front, since it is on a main road.
Kid's bedroom
First floor bathroom- there is an almost finished bath in the basement as well.
Living Room
Big backyard- downside is the house is about 10 feet from Main Street.

We did go look at house #10 on Saturday, but the pipes had burst before the bank came in and winterized, so there was water damage in the basement and looked like water marks on the ceiling as well. Definitely not worth it, esp. at the high price they were asking.
I will let you know more as the search/process goes on!
